“The construction was pitched at a higher quality, which was appealing - I was not disappointed, after looking for the right property to buy for a number of months, I came across the Halcyon Development at 1 Seaforth Ave. I had done enough research to know this was a great location.
Buying off plan did make me nervous. I'd also heard nightmare stories. Again, I had nothing to worry about. Despite a few delays (Covid, etc), there were no hassles at all. The communication was easy. I was welcome to go around and have a look at the progress at any time. Questions were answered promptly. I've lived in the property for a couple of weeks now, and I am so pleased.
The quality of the build is definitely a notch above your standard town house. Friends and family have also commented that the house is of great quality.
