Our Process
For each development we go through a detailed process right from finding the right land all the way through to handing over keys on settlement day. This ensures that we know every step of the way we are on track for delivering on the promises we make to our clients.
Sourcing Land
A lot of time is spent considering the location, useability and access to services for each and every site we build on. Close to services and utilities, transport routes and links and the “feel of an area” are all important considerations we make.
Design & Architectural Drawings
Once we have purchased the land we work with our architects to decide on the appropriate type of building, number of bedrooms/bathrooms and parking requirements for a particular site and area. All of our homes are designed to maximise space within the floorplan and create a simple yet effective living flow throughout the building.
Site & Civil Works
This is an exciting step seeing the existing property either removed and relocated where possible or demolished and the landscape of the property starting to visually change.
Build Phase
Foundations down and the builders are in to start putting up frames and the home really starts to feel “real”. In all of our builders and subcontractors we have the utmost trust in creating and delivering the vision for our clients.
Client Consultation
Where possible we will work with clients to make changes to ensure they are creating their dream home. More heat pumps, different flooring types, kitchen and bathroom colours schemes are all but a few of the items we work with clients on.
Settlement Day
There is nothing more exciting and fulfilling than handing over the keys to happy clients, standing in front of endless hours of hard work and dedication from the whole team at Halcyon Homes.
